Refund Policy

The not-so-fun part (but important)

 

Every item we sell is made to order. Because of that, we can’t offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues. We don’t keep extra inventory or a warehouse of returned items.

Before placing your order, please double-check your size. We provide:
• A detailed size chart on every product
• A “What’s My Size?” guide
• Multiple ways to reach us (contact form, Instagram, etc.)

 

If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering — we’re happy to help you find the best fit.
If a size issue occurs and we were never contacted beforehand, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

 

Timing matters

Any issues must be reported within 30 days of purchase.
If more than 30 days have passed, our ability to help may be limited.

 

Things we can’t offer refunds for

Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to us, it’s usually due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address (missing unit number, wrong zip code, old address, etc.).

If the mistake is ours, we’ll reship the order at no cost.
If the address was entered incorrectly, we can reship once the USPS reshipping fee is covered. We don’t profit from this — it’s simply what USPS charges.

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.

 

Apple Pay orders

Apple Pay can process orders very quickly and may use a saved address you didn’t intend to use.

If an order was placed accidentally or shipped to an outdated address via Apple Pay, we’re unable to issue a refund once the item has been produced or delivered. Please review your order details carefully before confirming payment.

Email confirmations

Order confirmations are sent automatically. Some email providers may send them to Spam or Junk folders.

Missing an email confirmation does not qualify an order for a refund. Please check your Spam or Junk folder if you don’t see it.

We’re a small, independent brand making each piece specifically for you. If something feels off before you order, reach out — we’re here to help. Once production begins, our options become limited.
